Aikin 4th Grader Wins 3rd Place in Poster Contest

Aikin 4th grader Nevaeh Booker won third place in Lamar Soil and Water Conservation District’s poster contest. The annual contest is conducted by Lamar SWCD to promote education and interest in conservation of our natural resources.
State-wide contests are sponsored jointly each year by the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board and the Association of Texas Soil and Water Conservation Districts, who choose the topics.
