The Paris Blues Society celebrated their monthly Blues Jam at Buffalo Joe’s! Every 3rd Thursday of the month, you can catch a cool breeze of the blues from many talented local musicians. This installment included well-known guys like Chad Altenbaumer, Chris Lancaster, Ben Alsup, Paul Ray Spencer, Bill Allen, Bert Hussey, Michael Huggins, and Paul Denney. The clouds rolled in and made for perfect blues weather as we jammed out to songs including “Red Headed Woman”, “Boogie Man”, “24 Hours a Day”, and “Stormy Monday”. The atmosphere and people at Joe’s is second to none, with refreshments for anyone’s pallet. It is always an evening full of exciting entertainment just right off of Loop 286 in Paris, Texas!
