InParisTexas: Tell us a little bit about your products.
Country Bake Shop: We bake home-style products: cakes, cookies, pies, squares, dinner rolls, and bread. We also make our own jams.
InParisTexas: How long have you been producing? How did you get started?
Country Bake Shop: We have been producing since August 2011. But, the Country Bake Shop has been around for over 20 years.
InParisTexas: Are your products available for purchase outside of the Farmer’s Market, and how often are you at the Farmer’s Market?
Country Bake Shop: We are at the Farmer’s Market on Tuesday from 10:00AM to 1:00PM, and on Saturday morning from 8:00AM to 12:00 PM. We have a store in Maxey, and in the summer, we are open Wednesday and Thursday.
InParisTexas: Why do you think eating local foods is important?
Country Bake Shop: Local foods are fresher, and also, by purchasing local products, we support our own community.
