“Into the Woods” Entertaining Treat For the Family

The Paris Community Theatre’s presentation of “Into the Woods” has been the most entertaining performance of the year! Into the Woods is a book by James Lapine and the PCT has done an amazing job portraying the characters, and the story of this world renowned musical. Directed by Tim J. Wood the cast and crew have introduced theatrical perfection to our area. Since the 1980’s this wonderful musical involves the plots of many Brothers Grimm fairy tales and follows them to explore the tribulations of the characters’ wishes and quests. Characters from “Little Red Riding Hood”, “Jack and the Beanstalk”, “Rapunzel”, and “Cinderella”, as well as several others make the PCT presentation of Into The Woods an unforgettable experience.

It’s hilarious performances like this that make The Paris Community Theatre an entertainment hot-spot in Paris, Texas! If you have not had a chance to see this yet, Into the Woods will be performed on August 16 – 19th, 2012. All Shows are 7:30 PM except on Sunday when there is a 2:30 Matinee only.
