PAHAA To Sponsor 2nd Annual Paris Hoops 2013 Basketball Tournament

Paris Area Homeschool Athletics Association (PAHAA) will sponsor the second annual Paris Hoops 2013 Basketball Tournament Jan. 31 – Feb. 2, 2013. The tournament will take place at the Travis Jr. High gyms, 3270 Graham St., Paris TX.
Games will start at 3:15 pm Thursday and Friday, and at 9:30 am on Saturday. Special events will be held on Saturday from 3:30-4:30 pm (free throw competitions) and from 6:00-7:00 pm (3 point and hot shot competitions). Awards will be presented at 8:30 pm Saturday.
Admission is open to anyone, with tickets available at the door. Ticket prices will be: Adult $5, students and seniors $3. Children 5 and under are admitted FREE. There is a family cap of $15 for single day admission. For a 3-day pass: $10 adult, $30 for family. Concessions will be available, including snack items and meals. Tournament t-shirts will be sold at $10 each as long as supply lasts.
Teams that will be competing include Dallas THUNDER (Dallas); CHESS Knights (Sulphur Springs); Athens Christian Storm (Athens); Bethel Christian Lions (Pittsburg); Garland Christian Swords (Garland); Red River Rattlers (Whitesboro); CHAAMP Hawks (Mt. Pleasant); and PAHAA’s own Paris Warriors. Also, Grayson Christian Falcons (Sherman); Temple Christian Watchmen (Flower Mound); and Calvary Christian Cowboys (Eufala OK).
