Paris Blues Society To Hold 2nd “Blues on the Red” in September

The second Paris Blues Society’s “Blues on the Red” will be on September 7th later this year. It will still be at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds and it will be another all day venture. The headliner for the all day blues music fest will Smokin’ Joe Kubek! Smokin’ Joe Kubek began playing guitar at the age of 14 and later went on to play with blues legends such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B. King, Albert King, and Freddie King. Bnois King will be playing alongside Kubek, offering his jazz-influenced guitar styling and finesse.
