Paris Public Library Summer Information
The Paris Public Library will be offering a number of fun and educational programs for your kiddos this summer. Starting June 1st, parents were able to register their children ages 3-17 for the Summer Reading Club. Participants read and log either 25 books or 15 hours. June 30th is the last day to turn in completed logs for a certificate and prize. This summer, the library will also be hosting a fitness program called Zumbatomic for children ages 4-12, as well as a few other special events. And, as usual, story time for children ages 3-5 will be held every Wednesday at 10:30 AM. For more information, check out the information below.
Friday, June 1 – Summer Reading Club registration opens at 9:00 am.
Tuesday, June 12, 19 and 26 – Zumbatomic with Tammy Johnson. Dance fitness for ages 4 – 12.
Friday, June 15 – Debbie Day: Get Clues in the Land of Oz! Open to all ages.
Monday, June 18 at 5:00 pm – Reading Club registration closes at 5:00 pm.
Friday, June 22 – Len Barnett: Percussionist! Music in the park for all ages – this program is held at Bywaters Park across the street from the library.
Friday, June 29 – Brett Roberts: Magic School for all ages.
Saturday, June 30 – last day to turn in Reading Logs for prizes!!!
