Easy no bake cheesecake

Serves: 6 or 12

A holiday favorite in my family!
  • 2 (8 oz. each) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • a dash of lemon juice
  • 1 large or 2 small pie crusts (graham cracker)
  • 1 can pie filling

  1. With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in cool whip & sweetened condensed milk‚ until smooth.
  3. Stir in a dash of lemon juice, and the vanilla.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Chill at least 3 hours.
  6. After chilled, top with pie filling. Refrigerate leftovers.
