Music is the universal language, and the voice of music is inside all of us. The Texas A&M University Singing Cadets travel all over the area bringing the spirit of song with them. Paris was in for a melodic treat as the Cadets presented “The Voice of Aggieland”. The Paris Junior High School Auditorium was packed with people from miles around to witness the power and grace of this amazing choir. Chamber of Commerce President Robert High personally welcomed and thanked everyone for attending. Director David L. Kipp along with pianist Holly Moore worked their magic as the boys sang songs like “We are Aggies”, “The Creation”, and “Riders on the Sky”. The crowd absorbed every moment of this one of a kind musical patriotic presentation.
