Walt Wilkins, an acclaimed Texas singer-songwriter, will be performing at That Guy’s Coffee on Sunday, January 20th at 6:30. Walt will be performing solo, and there is a chance his wife Tina may be with him. Walt Wilkins won “Song of the Year” with his song “Trains I Missed” in 2011 at the International Bluegrass Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee. Walt’s music can be classified as Americana, Folk Rock, and of course Acoustic. When Walt is not performing solo or with his wife Tina, he can often be found performing with his band the Mystiqueros. The Mystiqueros released their second record, Agave, in April 2010 and are definitely worth listening to.
