There are many flavors of live entertainment in our area. From comedy & theatre to music & dancing Paris, Texas is full of night life. That Guy’s Coffee in Paris, Texas has made it their mission to introduce individual artists and their music on an intimate level. The comfy listening room and its ambiance set the mood for music appreciation. On January 20, 2013 That Guy’s Coffee along with Baird Construction turned on the stage lights for the poetic balladry of Walt Wilkins. Since 1994 this down-to-earth composer has been producing material inspired by the trials of time. The tunes in his set like “Rain All Night” & “Walnut Street” addressed the soul as they traveled through the ears and straight to the heart. With every strum of the strings and melodic lyric, Walt Wilkins had us all fixated on the stage. At age 52, this Texas Troubadour is a fire that cannot be put out.
